Cajun Shrimpiee Tacos

Shrimpiee Taco


  • 450g Shrimpiees
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Taco Shells
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • ½ Red onion sliced thinly
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Large salad tomato sliced into half moons
  • 3 – 4 Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 Red chilli sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 Spring onion
  • Salsa


  1. Mix the cajun and paprika spices into the prawns​.
  2. Fry prawns in a little oil for 8 – 10 minutes and add a squeeze of lime at the end of cooking.
  3. Make the slaw by mixing the onion, carrot, tomato, radishes and chilli together, squeeze over the juice of half a lime and season with salt and pepper
  1. Make up your tacos with fresh coriander, diced avocado and the slaw, top with yoghurt and smoked paprika then your cooked Shrimpiees .
  2. Drizzle over salsa or sweet chilli sauce.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander, a wedge of lime, spring onion and slices of red chilli.
