Breaded Calamariee with Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Breaded Calamariee
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Garlic Dip

  • 150g Vegan Mayo
  • 1 Large Garlic glove – minced
  • Pinch of Saffron
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Preparation

  1. Cook Breaded Calamariee for 10 – 12 minutes (this can be oven cooked or placed in an air fryer – please check cooking time)​.
  2. In the meantime, take a bowl and place in 150g Mayo, mix together your minced garlic, lemon juice.
  3. Once mixed, place in a small dipping bowl and sprinkle on saffron.
  1. Remove Breaded Calamariee from oven or air-fryer and place on a sharing dish once thoroughly cooked. Dust with paprika.
  2. Place your Garlic Mayo dip in the middle of the platter, share and enjoy!
